Health Benefit Information

VentureLoop offers contractors access to health benefits following 60 days of service. The plan begins on the first of the month following your 60 day eligibility requirement. Should you elect to participate in the plan, you will be responsible for 50% of the cost of your premiums and 100% of the cost for any dependent premiums. Your premium cost will be deducted from payroll each month after your coverage becomes active.

Please note that there is also a requirement that you work a minimum of 30 hours per week to qualify for coverage. If your hours consistently fall below 30 per week after signing up for the plan, you will no longer be eligible for coverage. You will, however, have the option of electing COBRA and paying for the full cost of the premiums yourself at that time to continue coverage.
